What we evaluate
- Published capacity, output, efficiency and compatibility
- Safety certifications and installation requirements
- Warranty length, exclusions and support model
- Total system fit, including controllers, batteries, inverters, panels and connectors
- Portability, expandability and realistic use-case limits
- Price and availability only as time-stamped context, never as a permanent fact
Evidence labels
Hands-on: a named reviewer used the product in a documented setting. Specification review: the comparison relies on manufacturer documentation and other cited sources. Editorial pick: selected for a defined use case after applying this methodology; it does not imply firsthand testing.
What we do not do
- We do not claim products were tested when they were not.
- We do not guarantee savings, payback, eligibility or performance.
- We do not rank solely by commission rate.
