Convert Green offers the privacy choices below to all U.S. visitors as a practical commitment. Particular rights and response deadlines depend on the law that applies to you and to Convert Green.

Your choices

• Access: ask what personal information we maintain about you.
• Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Deletion: ask us to delete personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
• Portability: request a portable copy where applicable.
• Opt out of compensated referral sharing: tell us not to share your contact or project information with an energy provider. We will not make a new referral after receiving the request unless you later direct us to do so.
• Marketing: unsubscribe through any marketing email or ask us to stop promotional messages.
• Appeal: if we deny a privacy request, ask us to review that decision.

Submit a request

Email convertgreenonline@gmail.com with the subject line Convert Green Privacy Request. State the right you want to exercise, the email address you used with us, your state of residence, and enough information for us to locate the relevant record. Do not send a Social Security number, financial-account number, government ID, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email.

Verification and authorized agents

We may request reasonable information to verify that you are the person whose data is involved. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization and may contact the consumer directly to verify the request.

Referral sharing and state-law “sale”

Convert Green may receive compensation when a consumer authorizes an introduction to a provider. Some state privacy laws may classify a compensated disclosure of personal information as a “sale,” even when no list is sold. You may opt out before a referral at any time using the email method above. We do not sell phone numbers or text-message opt-in data to undisclosed marketers.

Browser signals

The site does not currently rely on an automated browser signal as the only request channel. If applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, we will process supported signals as required. Email remains available for every visitor.

No discrimination

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Choosing not to authorize a referral may mean we cannot connect you with a provider, because that service requires sharing the information needed for the introduction.
